Individually created tuning files
The tuning files offered by AL.CHIPTUNING are created individually and specifically for the customer, based on the vehicle, control unit and software data submitted by the customer.
The customer may expressly request that AL.CHIPTUNING begin processing before the statutory withdrawal period has expired.
☐ I want AL.CHIPTUNING to process my individual tuning file immediately and provide it to me once completed. I am aware that I may thereby lose my statutory right of withdrawal.
Once the individually ordered digital service has been fully provided, the right of withdrawal may expire under the statutory conditions.
Statutory warranty and defect rights remain unaffected.
Exercising the right of withdrawal
Where a statutory right of withdrawal exists, the customer can exercise it by making a clear statement to AL.CHIPTUNING.
